Security and Service Fees
1.1
To reduce the risk of payment default, an insurance fee is applied:
- €75 for loan amounts up to €900
- For loan amounts from €1,000 to €3,000, the insurance fee is 10% of the loan amount.
- For loan amounts from €3,000 to €10,000, the insurance fee is fixed at €200 plus 3% of the loan amount.
1.2
The fee is not deducted from the loan amount and is paid before the loan is issued.
1.3
If all payments are made on time, the fee is 100% refunded after the final payment.
1.4
Olympus Credit does not require any fee before the loan approval or registration.
1.5
This fee applies if the borrower delays the first payment.
Loan Terms
2.1
The loan is granted for a period from 1 week up to 36 months.
2.2
Interest rate: 24% annually (2% per month).
2.3
The money will be transferred to the account declared by the borrower.
Return Procedure
3.1
The borrower commits to repay the full amount with interest by the specified date or earlier.
3.2
In case of delay, a penalty of 0.1% per day of delay on the unpaid amount is applied.
Contract Subject
The lender grants the borrower a loan from €500 to €10,000, which the borrower commits to repay according to the terms above and within the specified period.
