Insurance & Service Fees
1.1
To reduce the risk of payment default, an insurance fee is applied:
- €75 for loan amounts up to €900
- For loan amounts from €1,000 to €3,000, the insurance fee is 10% of the loan amount.
- For loan amounts from €3,000 to €10,000, the insurance fee is fixed at €200 plus 3% of the loan amount.
1.2
The fee is not deducted from the loan amount and is paid before the loan is issued.
1.3
If all payments are made on time, the amount is 100% refunded after the final payment.
1.4
Olympus Credit does not require any fee before the approval of the loan or registration.
1.5
This fee applies if the borrower delays the first payment.
Loan Terms
2.1
The loan is granted for a period from 1 week to 36 months.
2.2
Interest rate: 24% annually (2% per month).
2.3
The money will be transferred to the account declared by the borrower.
Return procedure
3.1
The Borrower undertakes to repay the full amount with interest on or before the due date.
3.2
In case of delay, a penalty of 0.1% per day is charged on the outstanding balance.
Subject of the Agreement
The lender grants the borrower a loan ranging from €300 to €10,000, which the borrower commits to repay according to the following terms and within the specified period.
